Pureheartspirit provides industrial acoustic engineering services including acoustic mapping for machinery rooms, harmonic resonance calculation for metal piping, and high-density soundproofing wall barrier installation. All services are strictly limited to physical acoustics, vibration mitigation, and soundproofing engineering. We do not offer psychological counseling, religious guidance, or wellness retreats.
You agree to provide accurate information about your facility, equipment, and operational conditions when requesting our services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas and compliance with local safety regulations during on-site assessments and installations.
All reports, calculations, designs, and recommendations provided by Pureheartspirit remain our intellectual property. You may use them solely for the purpose of implementing the agreed-upon acoustic treatments at your facility. Redistribution or commercial use of our deliverables without written consent is prohibited.
Our acoustic mapping and tuning services are based on industry-standard measurement and modeling techniques. While we aim to achieve stated noise reduction targets, actual results may vary due to factors beyond our control, including structural changes, equipment modifications, or unanticipated operational conditions. Pureheartspirit is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered up to the termination date. Pureheartspirit reserves the right to suspend services immediately if you violate these terms or pose a safety risk during on-site work.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
